Our purposed biogas plant - with multiple and submultiple plants - is an efficient installation for the the biogas producing, an unconventional fuel that can displace with success the conventional fuels like: oil and its subproducts, solid fuels (coal, wood), electrical energy. The biogas that is produced by our purposed plant is a synthesis gas that resulting from biological process of organic material's anaerobic digestion like: uman and animal dejections, waste-water purifying and sewage-treatment plant saprogel results, renewable biomass and other organic residues.
The biogas is a colorless and odorant gas that contains : 65%-70% methane, 25%-30% carbon dioxide, 2%-4% carbon oxide, 1%-2% nitrogen, 0-1% hydrogen sulphide, 0-1,5% water vapours.
Having a 5.000-10.000 kcal/NMC caloric power, the biogas power plant is an undeground construction with a different geometrical form based on communicating vessels principle that ensure continuity and secure exploitation.
The plant's scale capacity is minimum 200 NMC and maximum 500 NMC of high quality biogas producing.
The biogas average caloric power is 7500 kcal/NMC. In running mode, the plant ensures a very good dinamycal equilibrium that provide a constant pressure and a good antiexplosive and antiincendiary secure protection. The problem of "excess gas storage" when production raport is higher than the consuption raport, has been resolved with success. This storage effect provides a control relationship between gas production and consuption, avoiding spontaneous and also rising the material ferment autonomy. The plant assure environment protection by eliminating the bad smells and pathogen microbic flora that exists in ferment organic materials.
Based on resistance calculus, the construction will be design to assure all security use, a good and continuos flow for minimum 30 years.
