The project has as a starting point the issues that the electrical traffic operators confronts in the main cities from Romania. Those issues are the pollution and the efficiency in the supply networks  which have major consequences on transportation costs and implicitly on the competitivity of the electrical transportation.

The project follows the european standards for quality and energetic efficiency through active filtration at the level of distributions substations. The project will finalize with the implementation of a functional product an studies on the effects of the product implementation on medium an long time.

In order to achieve this goal there are engaged specialized institutions with experience in the field of traffic equipments and, also, some companies specialized in urban traffic are permanently consulted.
